ARVID OLSON provided us with the following song related to today's program.
Take Me Home, Wavy Road.
With apologies to Bill Danoff, Taffy Nivert, and John Denver.

CHRISTA KECK introduced our own Rotarian, TERRY WEST, who helped us
sort out the complexities of the rumpled Lindberg Road. He said that expansion
of the existing road over a marsh has resulted in intriguing engineering problems
since its completion. Failures related to testing, earthwork placement, and
installation of a subgrade mat to connect the pilings, have resulted in a
washboard road. TERRY reviewed the construction timetable and contractors,
concluding an interesting program with lessons learned and possible solutions.
